  • All delivery times subject to traffic conditions, weather conditions and acts of God.
  • No liability shall be recognized by the courier due to improper packaging or improper labeling of packages.
  • All services guaranteed for the cost of the delivery only.
  • Any claims must be forwarded to Beck-N-Call Couriers L.L.C. in writing within 10 days from date of delivery.
  • Only cash and company checks will be accepted for non-account holders and must be received within 5 days from the date of delivery.
